Description

We Offer Ring Box Formats for Every Ring Type and Occasion

Our ring box range covers compact single-ring formats for retail and gifting, multi-ring display formats for retail counter presentation, hinged boxes for a classic reveal, magnetic closure boxes for a luxury opening experience, and two-piece lid and base formats for a clean and simple presentation. Every format is sized from the actual ring dimensions and the interior is designed to hold the ring at the right height and angle for the best possible first impression when the box is opened.

Choose the Opening Style That Matches the Moment

The way a ring box opens shapes the experience. A hinged box that flips open reveals the ring in a single dramatic motion and is the classic format for engagement and gift presentations. A magnetic closure rigid box that pulls apart communicates luxury and deliberateness and is popular for high-end jewelry brands and premium retail. A two-piece box where the lid lifts off gives a clean, contemporary reveal that works well in retail display. A drawer-style box that slides open is a modern alternative that photographs beautifully and is popular with contemporary jewelry brands. We help you choose the opening style that is right for the ring and the occasion.

Velvet and Satin Linings That Make the Ring Shine

The interior lining of a ring box highlights the jewelry and reinforces your brand’s quality. We offer velvet slots in black, white, ivory, blush, and custom brand colors to hold the ring securely and create an elegant presentation. Satin-covered foam cushions provide a lighter look for fine jewelry and fashion rings. We also offer a wide range of lining colors and textures to showcase each ring at its best when the box opens.

Full Brand Print That Communicates Jewelry Quality

A ring box is kept long after the ring is worn and the brand on it becomes part of the owner’s jewelry experience. We print ring boxes in full CMYK with brand identity, collection name, and any occasion-specific artwork. Foil stamping in gold, rose gold, or silver on a matte or soft touch exterior is one of the most effective finishing approaches for fine jewelry ring brands. Embossing the brand mark gives a tactile premium quality. Spot UV on the logo adds a visual contrast on a minimal design. We guide the print and finish approach based on the ring’s price point and the brand’s market position.

Engagement and Proposal Ring Box Formats

An engagement ring box has one specific job. To make the proposal moment perfect. The box needs to open cleanly, hold the ring at exactly the right height and angle, and communicate the quality of the ring inside through its own quality. We make engagement ring boxes with a velvet slot height that displays the ring prominently, a felt base that keeps the ring securely in place, and a premium exterior finish that reflects the occasion’s importance. The brand logo appears on the inside lid, becoming the second thing customers see after the ring itself.

Retail Counter Display and Multi-Ring Formats

Jewelry brands displaying rings at retail counters need a box that holds each piece in a consistent and attractive position for shoppers to browse. A multi-ring tray with velvet-lined slots for each piece communicates a professional and considered display. A branded printed lid that leans against the back of the display communicates the brand identity clearly from across the counter. We make retail counter ring formats in a range of configurations from single-piece display boxes to twelve-ring trays. Custom Jewelry Display Boxes covers the broader display and counter format range if you need a larger configuration.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
