Description

Choose Between Rigid, Corrugated, and Mailer Formats

For retail and special online brands, a box with two pieces or a magnetic closure shows that the drone is high quality even before you read about what it can do. If you are shipping the drone to someone, a corrugated box on the outside with an inside part keeps the drone safe while it is being sent without making the experience of opening it any less special. We have both kinds of boxes. We can help you choose the one that is right, for how you are selling the drone.

Print Brings the Brand to Life at the Shelf and Online

Drone buyers are tech-savvy and visually aware. The box needs to communicate the drone’s capabilities and the brand’s credibility at a glance. We print in full CMYK for vivid product photography, brand color systems, and feature panels that communicate the key selling points clearly. Pantone matching keeps brand colors consistent. The front panel leads with the drone model and the primary brand identity. Supporting panels carry the spec and the brand story in a layout that reads clearly whether the buyer is in a store or scrolling through a product listing.

Premium Finishes That Signal a Premium Product

Matte lamination with spot UV on the brand mark or the drone image creates a sophisticated and premium feel that suits the price point of most mid-range and high-end drones. Soft touch coating adds a luxury tactile impression. Gloss lamination suits bolder, more energetic drone brand aesthetics. Foil stamping in a metallic color works well for limited edition releases and flagship product launches. We guide the finish combination based on the drone’s market position and the buyer experience you want to create.

Accessories, Propellers, and Cables All Have Their Own Place

A drone kit box where the propellers are loose, the cable is tangled around the controller, and the instruction guide is folded under the drone body communicates carelessness. Our interior design gives every component a dedicated position. Foam inserts hold the drone and controller. Smaller compartments or pockets organize cables, extra propellers, and accessories. The result is an opening experience that communicates a brand that takes every detail seriously, not just the product inside.

Plan for Multiple Models and a Growing Drone Range

Drone brands often release multiple models across different price tiers. A packaging system where each model has its own correctly sized box within a shared brand architecture keeps the range looking consistent and professional. New models launch quickly on the existing system without a new design brief each time. We build drone packaging ranges for brands at every stage from a first product launch to an established catalogue, with the same quality standard across every run.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
