Description

We Build the Box Around the Appliance Dimensions and Weight

Sandwich makers come in compact two-slice formats and larger family-sized models and each needs a correctly sized box. We size every sandwich maker box from the actual appliance dimensions and weight and recommend the right corrugated board grade. A close-fitting box prevents the appliance from shifting and communicates a well-made product from the first touch.

Lifestyle Print That Shows the Product in Action

Kitchen appliance buyers are motivated by the food outcome the product delivers as much as the product itself. A sandwich maker box with vivid food photography showing a perfectly grilled sandwich communicates the appeal of the product in the most direct way possible. We print sandwich maker boxes with full colour lifestyle imagery, brand identity, and feature callouts that make the product look desirable on a kitchen appliance shelf.

Handle Cutouts for Easy Retail and Home Carrying

A sandwich maker is a bulky product and a box with handle cutouts makes it easy for buyers to carry from shelf to trolley and from delivery to kitchen counter. We include handle cutout options on kitchen appliance box formats as a standard structural addition. Handle cutouts can be recessed so they do not affect the print quality on the outer surface.

Corrugated Strength for Ecommerce Kitchen Appliance Delivery

Kitchen appliances sold through ecommerce platforms need packaging that survives the kind of rough handling courier networks apply to large parcels. We use corrugated board grades appropriate for the appliance weight and transit requirements, with internal structural elements that prevent the appliance from moving inside the box during delivery. The branded outer surface communicates the brand at delivery even before the box is opened.

Instruction Booklet and Accessory Space

Sandwich makers often come with a cleaning brush, a recipe booklet, or a removable drip tray. We design the interior to hold these items in organised positions alongside the main appliance so the full kit arrives complete and professional. An interior that is well-organised communicates a brand that has thought through the full customer experience, not just the appliance.

Full Kitchen Range From One Production Brief

Brands selling sandwich makers alongside toasters, juicers, and coffee grinders benefit from a consistent packaging system. Custom Toaster Boxes, Custom Juicer Blender Boxes, and Custom Coffee Grinder Boxes are all available from us so your complete kitchen appliance range can be packaged from a single brief with consistent brand quality.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
