Custom Trigger Spray Bottles

Custom trigger spray bottle is one of the most satisfying things in a cleaning routine. A single squeeze, a controlled mist or stream right where you need it, and a bottle that feels solid and reliable in the hand. Get the specification right and your product becomes part of a daily habit that buyers do not want to change.

Description

Adjustable Spray Settings

Trigger spray bottles come with adjustable nozzles that allow users to switch between a fine mist, a direct stream, and a locked position. This makes them suitable for a wide range of applications while providing convenient and controlled product dispensing.

Chemical-Resistant HDPE Construction

Cleaning products, disinfectants, degreasers, and specialty chemical formulations can be aggressive to packaging materials. HDPE is the standard material for trigger spray bottles in household and industrial cleaning applications because its chemical resistance protects the bottle from harsh products it contains. A trigger spray bottle that discolors, softens, or develops cracks because the HDPE specification was inadequate for the formulation is a quality failure that damages the brand. We specify the right HDPE grade for each product’s chemical profile.

Trigger Mechanism Performance and Durability

The trigger mechanism is the bottle’s most frequently used component and must deliver consistent performance through hundreds of actuations. We match trigger specifications to the product’s viscosity and expected usage frequency. A light personal care mist needs a different trigger system than a heavy-duty cleaning degreaser. The right match ensures smooth dispensing from the first use to the last.

Capacity Options for Every Application

Brands commonly use 16oz and 32oz trigger spray bottles for household cleaning products, personal care sprays, and garden applications. Custom capacities are available for brands with specific product volume requirements. The 16oz format is the standard for personal care and premium cleaning brands where portability and counter presence matter. The 32oz format is the standard for cleaning and household products where the buyer expects a generous fill at a practical price point.

Label Surface and Brand Communication

Trigger spray bottles have a broad cylindrical body that provides a large wrap-around label surface for brand communication, product claims, and usage instructions. For cleaning and household brands where the product communicates its key benefits through the label copy, the label surface area of a trigger spray bottle is one of its most commercially useful attributes. We provide label panel specifications for every bottle format so the design is always optimized for the surface available.

Personal Care Spray Applications

Beyond cleaning and household use, trigger spray bottles also serve personal care applications such as hair mist, setting spray, facial toner, body mist, and scalp treatments. These bottles use finer mist nozzles and lighter triggers for low-viscosity products and frequent daily use. We recommend the right material and nozzle specifications for each personal care spray application.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
