Custom HDPE Canisters

Every supplement brand, cannabis operator, and dry food producer reaches a point where the packaging either earns the product’s quality or undermines it. An HDPE canister that feels solid, seals reliably, and carries the brand with authority is the container that earns it. This is that canister.

Description

Food-Safe and Compliant Materials

Our HDPE canisters are made from materials that’re safe for food and comply with the rules of the FDA. They are also free from BPA. Meet the requirements of California Proposition 65 and CONEG packaging. This means they are a choice for packaging supplements, vitamins, food products and other things that people buy. These products need to be in containers that’re safe and reliable. Food products and supplements need Food-Safe materials. Our HDPE canisters have Food-Safe materials.

Positive-Grip Ribs for Easy Opening

The design of the lid is very important. This is because you use the lid every day. A lid with ribs that you can grip is very helpful. These ribs help you hold the lid securely. This makes it easy to open and close the Food-Safe canister. You can. Close the canister even if your hands are dry or wet.

Tamper-Resistant and Child-Resistant Closure Options

For added security, some lids have tamper-resistant bands that show if the product has been opened before. Child-resistant closure options are available for cannabis products and pharmaceutical applications where regulatory requirements mandate child-resistant primary packaging. We specify the right closure format for each product category and distribution channel.

Custom Logo Embossing and Color Match Options

HDPE canister lids are available with custom color matching to the brand’s specific shade and with embossed logo options that put the brand mark directly into the lid material. A lid that carries the brand’s color and embossed logo communicates brand consistency at the point where the buyer interacts with the container most frequently, which is the opening and closing of the lid at every use. These details elevate the canister from a generic container to a branded product experience.

40oz Standard Capacity and Custom Sizes

We produce 40oz HDPE canisters as one of the most widely used formats for supplement and food packaging. This size provides enough space for standard one-month supplement supplies and offers a practical retail option for dry food products at everyday price points. Custom capacity options are available for brands whose product fill weight or retail format requires a different volume specification. The 100mm single-thread neck finish on the 40oz format is compatible with a range of standard and custom lid closure options.

Applications Beyond Supplements

Custom HDPE canisters serve a wide range of applications beyond supplements and cannabis. Household cleaning powders, pet food and treat products, dry chemical products, specialty food ingredients, and industrial powder products all find a reliable primary container in the HDPE canister format. The material’s chemical resilience makes it suitable for contents that would attack or degrade less resistant plastics.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
