Custom CBD Oil Boxes

The CBD oil shelf is crowded. Brands that win are the ones with packaging that communicates strength, trust, and quality in under three seconds. iBOX Factory builds custom CBD oil boxes that get your dropper bottles noticed, carry all your compliance content, and make buyers confident enough to purchase.

Description

Dropper Bottle Protection From Production to the Buyer

Glass dropper bottles are fragile and need a box that holds them securely through production handling, postal delivery, and retail shelf display. We produce CBD oil boxes to your exact bottle dimensions so there is no movement inside the carton. Custom cardboard inserts are available for brands that want additional bottle stability, particularly for premium products where the unboxing experience is an important part of the brand impression.

Strength and Volume Communication

CBD oil buyers compare products primarily by strength in mg and volume in ml. These two data points need to be prominent and clearly readable on the front panel of your box. We plan the front panel layout so strength and volume information is the first thing a buyer reads after the brand name, using type hierarchy and position to communicate the product specification clearly without requiring the buyer to search across panels to find the information they need to make a purchase decision.

COA QR Code and Lab Transparency

Third-party lab testing and certificate of analysis access are increasingly important trust signals for CBD oil buyers. A QR code linking directly to the COA for the specific batch tells buyers the brand is transparent about its testing and confident in its product. We incorporate QR code placement into the panel layout as a designed element rather than an afterthought, ensuring it is readable and positioned where buyers naturally look when evaluating a product at the shelf.

Flavor Variant Coding for Multi-Product Ranges

CBD oil brands selling multiple flavors benefit from a color coding or band system. This makes each flavor instantly identifiable within the same brand architecture. A consistent system across the full range communicates a professional brand with real product depth. It makes the flavor selection process easy for buyers at the retail display. At iBOX Factory, we produce multi-flavor CBD oil range packaging from the same brand brief for a coordinated look across every variant.

Materials and Finishes for CBD Oil Packaging

CBD oil boxes are available in cardboard and Kraft. Cardboard is the standard choice for most CBD oil products. Kraft communicates a natural and clean formulation identity suited to botanical CBD brands. Finish options include matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft touch coating, foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV. Matte lamination is the most popular choice for CBD wellness brands, giving a clean and sophisticated appearance that communicates quality without being loud. These options can be combined to create the exact premium look your brand requires.

Supplement Facts and Ingredient Panel Space

CBD oil sold as a supplement requires supplement facts panel space and a compliant ingredient listing. We plan the panel layout so all required regulatory content is positioned correctly across the appropriate panels without compromising the front panel brand communication. For brands selling across multiple jurisdictions with different labeling requirements, we advise on how to accommodate multiple compliance requirements within the same box design.

Range Coordination for Full CBD Oil Collections

CBD oil brands with full product ranges covering multiple strengths, flavors, and formulations benefit from a consistent packaging architecture across every product. Every box in the range shares the same structure, brand elements, and finish quality. The full collection communicates a professional and credible CBD brand at the retail shelf or online listing. At iBOX Factory we produce complete CBD oil range packaging from the same brand brief.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
