Description

Food-Safe Materials for CBD Tea Packaging

CBD tea boxes require food-safe materials and printing processes that comply with food contact packaging standards. All materials used in our CBD tea box production are food-safe compliant. Cardboard with food-safe lining is available for formats where the tea sachets or loose leaf product contacts the inner surface of the box. Kraft is a popular material choice for CBD tea packaging, communicating natural and botanical brand values that align well with herbal and wellness tea products.

Format-Specific Construction for Sachet, Loose Leaf, and Bagged Teas

CBD tea boxes come in different structural formats depending on the tea product type. Sachet count boxes hold a fixed number of individually wrapped tea bags in a clean stacked arrangement. Loose leaf formats need an inner pouch or food-safe liner inside the outer carton. Bagged tea multipacks need a box sized to hold the full pack without movement. We produce each format to the specific product dimensions and help brands choose the construction that suits both the product type and the retail presentation context.

Botanical and Blend Communication

CBD tea buyers choose products based on the botanical blend and the associated wellness benefit. Chamomile for calm. Peppermint for clarity. Turmeric for recovery. The packaging needs to communicate the primary botanicals and the associated benefit clearly on the front panel. We plan the front panel layout so botanical names and blend benefit communication sit prominently alongside the CBD content and brand identity, giving buyers the information they need to choose the right blend quickly.

Finishes That Communicate Premium Tea Quality

CBD tea packaging benefits from finish choices that communicate the premium and natural quality of the product. Matte lamination gives a sophisticated and botanical-appropriate appearance. Soft touch coating adds a premium tactile quality that communicates a product worth savoring. Foil stamping in gold or copper adds a premium detail suited to gifting formats and premium loose leaf teas. Embossing on brand marks and botanical design elements adds craft quality. Spot UV highlights specific details with a glossy contrast against a matte background.

Allergen and Ingredient Panel for Food Labeling

CBD tea boxes require allergen declarations, ingredient listings, net weight, serving size, and CBD content in compliant positions on the packaging. We plan the panel layout so all required food labeling content is correctly positioned without compromising the front panel brand and blend communication. Our free design support service includes a full panel layout review before production begins.

Gift Box Formats for CBD Tea Collections

CBD tea gift boxes with multiple blend varieties need an interior presentation that communicates the range as a curated wellness collection. A rigid outer box with a fitted interior tray holding each blend variant in its own position communicates a premium gift that was designed with intention. At iBOX Factory we produce CBD tea gift formats at every price point from 100 units with the same finish quality as standard production runs.

Seasonal and Limited Edition Packaging

CBD tea is a natural fit for seasonal and limited edition releases, and iBOX Factory produces seasonal artwork updates from 100 units with no die plate charges. Holiday blends, limited botanicals, and seasonal wellness campaigns all benefit from packaging that communicates the special character of the release while maintaining the core brand identity.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
