If you are buying packaging from Georgia, the practical questions are usually the same four: who makes it, what does delivery cost, how long does it take, and how few can I order. Here are the answers without the tour.
Who makes the boxes
iBox Factory runs two plants: West Chicago, Illinois in the United States, and Guangzhou, China. The head office is in Casa Grande, Arizona. There is no iBox facility in Georgia. Your boxes are made at one of those two plants and shipped to you, and which plant runs your job depends on the construction and the freight lane you choose, not on your address.
What delivery to Georgia costs
US shipping is included in the order, so delivery anywhere in Georgia, from Atlanta to Savannah to a small operation outside a metro area, does not appear as a separate freight charge on your quote. That matters more than it sounds, because freight quoted separately is where packaging budgets usually slip.
How few you can order
The minimum is 100 boxes on any item. That is low enough for a single market stall run, a first retail order, or one location of a food business, and it applies to fully custom work rather than to a stock box with a label. The die and plates, design support and a digital proof before printing are included at that quantity, which is what makes 100 units viable at all.
What it costs per box
Bulk pricing starts at about $0.48 per unit. Your figure depends on size, board, print coverage, finish and quantity, and it is confirmed in writing on the quote rather than estimated on a web page. At the 100 unit minimum the per-unit number sits above that bulk floor, because setup is spread across fewer boxes.
How long it takes
Turnaround is stated per product across three lanes:
- Rush. Expedited production plus air freight, at a premium of about 7 to 25% depending on the job.
- Standard. Air freight on the normal production schedule.
- Cost saver. Sea freight, the lowest cost and the longest wait.
The floor is from about 7 business days plus 2 to 5 for delivery. Specialty imported items, including some rigid builds with components, can run up to about 12 weeks. Ask for all three lanes on the same quote so the trade-off is visible.
What about samples
There is no sample kit for sale. Samples are arranged through the quote conversation so that what you see relates to the job you are actually pricing.
What to send
Send the inside dimensions or the product measured on all three axes, the quantity, the construction if you know it, your artwork status, and the date you need boxes usable. That is enough for a real quote rather than a range.
If you have never run a custom order before, how to order custom boxes walks the process end to end, including where the proof step sits. Buyers shipping across the southeast may also want custom boxes shipped to Florida.
