The floor is from about 7 business days of production, plus 2 to 5 for delivery, and specialty imported items can run up to about 12 weeks. Rush carries a premium of about 7 to 25% depending on the job.

Texas heat and storage
One practical note for buyers in the state. Board is hygroscopic and it does not enjoy a hot storeroom or a sealed trailer sitting in a yard. Boxes stored in high heat and humidity can soften and lose stack strength, and printed laminates can be affected by prolonged heat. If your storage is a warehouse without climate control, tell us the loaded weight and stack height so the board grade accounts for it, and order to the space and turnover you have rather than buying two years of stock.
