Custom Bath Towel Boxes

A bath towel in a well-designed box transforms a commodity textile into a considered gift. The box sets the expectation before the product is felt, and the buyer’s perception of the towel’s quality is shaped by what the packaging communicates before the lid comes off. IBOX Factory makes custom bath towel boxes for home textile brands, premium linen companies, hospitality supply businesses, and gift retailers that present towels as the premium products they are, protect the folded textile through retail and postal transit, and communicate a brand identity that earns a higher price point. From 100 units with free US shipping.

Description

Interior Design That Presents a Folded Towel as a Gift

A well-presented bath towel feels like a gift, not a packaged textile. Furthermore, we design the fold to showcase your branding. We size the interior to match the folded towel dimensions. In addition, we position tissue, ribbons, and other presentation elements as part of the box design for a polished unboxing experience.

Board Weight That Keeps the Box Structure Under Textile Weight

Towels are heavier than most products that go into gift-style packaging. A standard folded bath towel can weigh between 400 and 800 grams depending on the GSM, and the box needs to hold that weight without the base bowing or the walls flexing when the box is carried. We specify board weights based on the actual towel weight rather than using a standard gift box specification that is designed for lighter products. The box arrives with the towel inside looking exactly as it was packed.

Retail Shelf and Gift Presentation Formats

Bath towels sold through retail need a box that stands on a shelf, communicates the brand and the towel’s key qualities at shelf-scanning distance, and holds the towel in a presentable state through retail handling. Towels sold as gifts need a box with an opening experience that communicates the thought behind the gift. A lift-off lid that reveals the towel in a tissue-layered interior. A ribbon or bow that adds a gift finishing detail. We produce both formats and advise on which serves the primary channel, often producing both for brands that operate across retail and gifting simultaneously.

Material and Finish Choices for Every Brand Tier

A mid-range towel brand needs a sturdy retail-ready box that communicates quality without the cost of a full premium finish treatment. A luxury linen brand needs a rigid box with a soft touch exterior, foil-stamped branding, and an interior that matches the tactile quality of the towel itself. We produce bath towel boxes across the full quality tier spectrum and help brands choose the finish level that matches the towel’s price point and the brand’s competitive position.

Sets, Bundles, and Gifting Range Options

Towel gift sets need a wider interior to display each piece neatly. Furthermore, we add personalization options for wedding and housewarming gifts. We also produce single-towel and gift set boxes with the same brand design. As a result, your entire product range maintains a consistent brand identity.

FAQs

How do you size the box to hold a folded bath towel correctly?

We build the interior dimensions using the actual folded towel size. As a result, the towel fits without compression and presents neatly when the customer opens the box.

Can bath towel boxes hold set configurations with multiple towel sizes?

Yes. Set format boxes with individual positions for multiple towel sizes are produced from the same brand brief as single-piece formats.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
