Make Kraft Gift Boxes Easy to Choose

You might need to use one type of box for different gift sizes. Your custom Kraft Gift Boxes should be easy for your buyers to use. For your team to ship. IBOX Factory can help you with this. They can provide you with types of Kraft Gift Boxes, such as Kraft Tuck Boxes, Kraft Rigid Boxes, Kraft Gable Boxes, Kraft Sleeve Boxes and Kraft Mailer Gift Boxes. They can also help you connect these boxes with materials, like brown Kraft board, white Kraft, recycled Kraft, corrugated Kraft, Kraft paper wraps and molded paper inserts. This makes it easy for buyers to see your product and for you to pack it safely. The Kraft Gift Box should clearly show what the product is, keep it in place and support the price you are asking for it. If you do it right your Kraft Gift Boxes can be used for gifts, online sales and store displays without causing any confusion.

Structure Choices for Brown Kraft Gift Boxes

IBOX Factory connects artwork, structure, and production in one process. For custom kraft gift boxes, the best styles include kraft tuck boxes, kraft rigid boxes, kraft gable boxes, kraft sleeve boxes, and kraft mailer gift boxes. A smaller gift may need a tuck box or sleeve, while a higher value set may need a rigid box or drawer format. The goal is simple. The product should sit neatly, open cleanly, and look right for soap brands, bakery brands, candle makers, organic skincare sellers, artisan gift shops, ecommerce stores. If you sell across retail and ecommerce, iBOX Factory can help keep one visual family across different sizes. This also helps your team connect Kraft Boxes with seasonal boxes, display sets, and online shipments without making every pack feel unrelated.

Paperboard Options for Custom Kraft Packaging

The right box makes the product easier to sell and easier to ship. Materials should match product weight, surface needs, and how the buyer will handle the box. Common choices include brown kraft board, white kraft, recycled kraft, corrugated kraft, kraft paper wraps, and molded paper inserts. Delicate gifts need more support. Light favors may need paperboard only. Natural products often suit kraft or textured stock. Premium sets may need a thicker board with wrapped paper. iBOX Factory reviews product type, shipping path, and shelf needs before suggesting a material. This keeps your custom kraft packaging practical, not overbuilt. It also helps control cost while keeping the box ready for retail, gifting, and repeat orders.

Use Jute Ties with Printed Kraft Gift Boxes

Material choice matters when the product is fragile, scented, small, or heavy. Custom kraft gift boxes should match the way your buyer shops and the way your team ships. iBOX Factory can help with kraft tuck boxes, kraft rigid boxes, kraft gable boxes, kraft sleeve boxes, and kraft mailer gift boxes, then connect the structure with brown kraft board, white kraft, recycled kraft, corrugated kraft, kraft paper wraps, and molded paper inserts. This gives your product a clear display path and a safer packing process. The box should tell buyers what the item is, hold it in place, and support your retail price. With the right approach, your printed kraft gift boxes can serve gifting, ecommerce, and store display without losing clarity.

Surface Finishes for Wholesale Kraft Boxes

A clear structure gives your gift product a better start. The final choice should follow your market. A calm skincare gift may need matte stock. A holiday item may work better with foil or gloss. A luxury set may need soft touch, texture, or a raised logo. For custom kraft gift boxes, strong choices include natural kraft, matte seal, soy ink look, blind debossing, black print, and foil on kraft. iBOX Factory helps your team match finish to budget, product tier, and buyer expectation. This matters because the wrong surface can make a good product feel mismatched. A clean finish gives wholesale kraft boxes a stronger retail presence while keeping the design easy to read.

Printing Plans for Custom kraft Gift Boxes

Product weight should guide the box before artwork begins. Printing should make the product easy to understand at first glance. Your box may need logo placement, color blocks, product details, barcode space, care notes, ingredient notes, or campaign artwork. Common options include one color print, CMYK, black ink, white ink, Pantone, and inside print. iBOX Factory checks artwork files, dielines, bleed, color matching, and panel placement before production. This helps avoid crowded layouts and weak shelf reading. It also gives your kraft gift boxes the right balance between brand presence and product information. Clear print can help buyers compare options without confusion.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
