Tealight candles are small products that are commonly sold in multi-count packs, making packaging organization particularly important. Custom tealight candle boxes can be produced for retail packs, event favors, hospitality supplies, gift sets, and seasonal collections. iBOX Factory provides compact printed boxes with custom dimensions and internal arrangements.

Description

Multi-Pack Packaging

Tealights are often purchased in quantities rather than individually. Packaging can be produced for small retail packs or larger quantities for restaurants, hotels, event businesses, and home décor suppliers. Clear quantity information can be included on the exterior for easy identification.

Event and Hospitality Applications

Tealights are commonly used for weddings, restaurants, hotels, spas, parties, and decorative events. Simple packaging can suit operational supply, while event-specific artwork can turn the same product into a wedding favor or promotional gift.

Fragrance and Color Identification

Different tealight scents and colors can each receive a distinct printed package. Coordinated layouts maintain the brand identity, while different artwork or color schemes allow customers to identify individual variants.

Efficient Packaging for Larger Orders

When you sell tealights in volume, packaging needs to remain practical for storage, handling, and transportation. For this reason, iBOX Factory can produce coordinated packaging for larger collections, while also helping you maintain consistent box dimensions, branding, and print quality across different product quantities.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
