Custom Eyeshadow Boxes

Custom eyeshadow boxes are really important for eye makeup brands. They need these boxes to make their shadow palettes and single shades look nice. This is because there are many other brands out there and they want to stand out. When the packaging is nice it tells people about the brand. It shows all the colors they have and it gives people a reason to pick their shadows instead of someone else’s. IBOX Factory makes these custom eyeshadow boxes. They use materials and the printing is very clear. The boxes look really great whether they are in a store or online. This makes the eye makeup products look great too.

Materials for Eyeshadow Packaging

Eyeshadow boxes are available in cardboard, Kraft, and rigid board. Cardboard is the most widely used option for eyeshadow packaging, providing a clean print surface and reliable structural performance for retail and postal distribution. Kraft suits natural and clean beauty eye makeup brands. Rigid board is available for premium eyeshadow palettes and gift sets where a heavier, more substantial box communicates luxury quality. We help you select the material that fits your eye makeup brand and price point.

Vivid Color Printing for Eyeshadow Packaging

Eyeshadow packaging needs to communicate the color palette vibrantly and accurately to attract buyers at the shelf and in online listings. We use CMYK and PMS color printing to reproduce your shade range, brand colors, and artwork with sharpness and vibrancy across every unit. Eyeshadow packaging using bold color photography, artistic illustration, or clean graphic design relies on high-quality printing to deliver the quality and color vibrancy that makes eye makeup products stand out in any retail environment.

Window Cutouts for Palette Display

A window cutout on your eyeshadow box lets buyers see the actual shadow shades before opening the packaging, which builds purchase confidence and reduces hesitation at the shelf. A die cut window covered with clear film gives buyers a direct view of the palette arrangement and the specific shades they are considering. Windows can be produced in any shape and positioned to show the palette from the most attractive angle. For eyeshadow brands where shade visibility drives purchases, a window is one of the most commercially valuable packaging features available.

Finishes That Communicate Eye Makeup Quality

The right finish on your eyeshadow boxes makes them look more premium and eye-catching in a busy display. Gloss lamination makes colors bold and vivid. Matte lamination gives a sophisticated and refined look. Soft touch coating adds a premium tactile quality. Foil stamping adds a luxury metallic detail to logos and design elements. Embossing creates a raised texture on brand marks. Spot UV highlights specific design areas with a glossy contrast. These finishes can be combined to achieve the exact look your eye makeup brand needs.

Box Styles for Eyeshadow Products

Eyeshadow boxes come in styles to suit palette and single shade formats. Tuck end boxes work well for single shade and smaller palette formats. Rigid two-piece boxes communicate luxury for large, premium palettes. Sleeve boxes create a premium presentation for gift sets. Window boxes show the shades before purchase. At iBOX Factory you choose the style that best serves your specific eyeshadow product format and brand positioning.

Custom Inserts for Palette Protection and Presentation

Eyeshadow palettes need custom inserts to hold the compact securely inside the outer box, protecting the pressed powder from movement during transit. Cardboard and foam insert options hold each palette in a fixed, stable position. A well-designed insert elevates the presentation quality when the customer opens the box, communicating a cosmetic brand investing in every detail of the product experience.

Eye Makeup Range Coordination

Eyeshadow boxes produced alongside your mascara, eyeliner, and eye primer packaging benefit from a consistent design system that ties every eye product together. Every product in the eye range sharing the same brand architecture, color system, and finish quality allows the full collection to communicate a strong, coherent eye makeup brand identity. iBOX Factory produces complete eye makeup range packaging from the same brand brief.

Limited Edition and Collection Packaging

Limited edition eyeshadow palettes and seasonal collection releases benefit from packaging that communicates the special character of the release alongside the brand identity. At iBOX Factory we produce limited edition and collection eyeshadow boxes from 100 units with no die plate charges, making special release packaging accessible at any scale. The same quality and finish options as standard production runs are available for every limited edition release.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
