Custom Tissue Boxes

A tissue box sits on a desk, a bedside table, or a bathroom counter for weeks. It is one of the most consistently visible pieces of branded packaging in a home environment and the brands that treat it as a design object rather than a functional container build daily brand impressions that no advertisement can replicate. iBOX Factory produces custom tissue boxes for retail brands, private label household product companies, hospitality buyers, and wellness brands in print quality and material weight that make the box worth displaying. From 100 units with free US shipping.

Description

The Structural Challenge Most Suppliers Underestimate

A tissue box needs to maintain its shape through the full draw-down of the product inside. As the tissue count reduces, the box walls have less internal support and the structure needs to hold without internal content. We use board weights that maintain wall rigidity through the full product life and design the top opening aperture to hold its shape through hundreds of tissue extractions. The box looks as good on the last tissue as it did on the first. That consistency communicates a brand that has thought beyond the point of sale.

Retail Shelf Formats vs Premium Countertop Display

A tissue box for retail grocery or pharmacy needs dimensions that fit standard shelf configurations, print that communicates at shelf-scanning distance, and a price-point finish appropriate for a competitive consumer category. A tissue box for a boutique hotel bathroom or a premium wellness brand needs a completely different approach. Heavy rigid board. Restrained premium typography. A finish that communicates design investment. We produce both and the conversation about which path serves the specific brand starts with the primary selling and display context, not with assumptions about what a tissue box should look like.

Print That Works Across Multiple Interior Environments

Because tissue boxes live in multiple rooms simultaneously and the buyer sees them every day, the print approach needs to work against the widest range of interior backgrounds. A bold patterned design that works on a plain white bathroom counter may clash in a darker bedroom setting. A neutral-toned design that blends everywhere may not communicate the brand strongly enough at retail. We help tissue brands develop print approaches that are bold enough to communicate brand identity and restrained enough to live comfortably in varied home environments.

Seasonal Collections and Limited Edition Designs

Tissue boxes are natural candidates for seasonal and limited edition design because the product cycle is short enough that a household replaces the box frequently. A Christmas edition, a spring floral design, a charity partnership print. These campaign variants run on the same box structure with new artwork from 100 units and no die plate charges. The box remains consistent in its dimensions and the brand architecture persists across every seasonal update. This is how household product brands build the kind of visual diversity that keeps the product feeling fresh to a loyal buyer.

Hospitality and Corporate Supply Formats

Hotel groups, corporate offices, and healthcare facilities ordering tissue boxes in bulk need consistent quality and a professional visual standard. Furthermore, we supply tissue boxes for hospitality and corporate environments at any scale while maintaining reliable print accuracy and structural quality. Branded tissue boxes add a refined touch to hotel bathrooms and professional spaces. As a result, they create a stronger brand impression than generic white boxes.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
