Searches for a box manufacturer in Los Angeles usually mean one of two things: you want boxes delivered in LA without a freight surprise, or you want to stand in a plant and look at board. We can do the first, and we should be straight about the second.
Where your boxes are actually made
iBox Factory has two production plants: West Chicago, Illinois in the United States, and Guangzhou, China. Our head office is at 1664 East Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, Arizona. We do not have a Los Angeles plant, warehouse or office, and this page is not going to imply otherwise. What we do is ship to Los Angeles with US shipping included in the order.
For a lot of LA buyers that is the better arrangement anyway, because the plant that suits your job is chosen by construction and lane rather than by which one is nearest.
What LA delivery looks like on a quote
| Line | What you get |
|---|---|
| Minimum order | 100 boxes on any item |
| Unit price | From about $0.48 per unit at bulk volumes, confirmed in writing |
| US shipping | Included in the order, including delivery to Los Angeles |
| Die and plates | Included, so a custom size is not a separate tooling bill |
| Design support | Included, including the dieline |
| Proof | A digital proof before anything prints |
Choosing a lane from Southern California
Turnaround is quoted per product across three lanes. Rush combines expedited production with air freight and carries a premium of about 7 to 25% depending on the job. Standard moves by air. Cost saver moves by sea, which is the lowest freight cost and the longest wait. The floor is from about 7 business days plus 2 to 5 for delivery, and specialty imported items can run up to about 12 weeks.
If you are ordering to a launch or an event date, say the date at the start. The honest lane recommendation depends on it, and picking the cheap lane for a job that needed air is the mistake that actually costs money.
What to send us
- Inside dimensions of the box, or the product measured on all three axes.
- Quantity, and whether it repeats.
- Construction, or a description of what the box has to survive.
- Artwork status, even if the answer is that it does not exist yet.
- Your delivery address in the LA area and the date you need boxes usable.
Samples
There is no sample kit to buy. Samples are arranged through the quote conversation, which also means the sample matches what you are actually considering rather than a generic pack.
Ordering
Statewide context, including other California destinations, is on custom boxes shipped to California. If you are buying at volume across several sizes, wholesale custom boxes covers how repeat runs are priced.
To start, send your dimensions, quantity and date to /quote/, or reach the team at sales@iboxfactory.com or +1 (201) 510-1994. Ask for all three lanes priced to a Los Angeles delivery so you can see the cost of speed before you choose.
