New Jersey is where a lot of e-commerce inventory actually lands, which means a large share of the boxes we send there are delivered to a fulfillment centre rather than to the brand that ordered them. That changes what we need from you. This page is about getting a delivery accepted on the first attempt.
We ship there, we are not based there
iBox Factory produces at two plants: West Chicago in the United States and Guangzhou in China. The head office is at 1664 East Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, Arizona. There is no New Jersey plant or warehouse. Free US shipping is included, and the quote states which plant runs your job and which lane it travels on.
Delivering into a 3PL or fulfillment centre
Receiving departments reject deliveries for paperwork far more often than for damage. Give us these details at quote stage and the delivery goes smoothly.
| Field | Why the receiver needs it |
|---|---|
| Exact facility name and dock address | Large sites have several buildings and separate inbound doors |
| Purchase order or reference number | Most 3PLs will not accept freight without one |
| Advance shipping notice requirement | Some sites require notice before the truck arrives |
| Delivery appointment window | Unbooked trucks get turned away and rescheduled |
| Carton and pallet labelling rules | Determines how cartons are marked before they leave the plant |
| Maximum pallet height and weight | Sets how the order is palletised |
Choosing a lane for an East Coast destination
- Cost saver (sea) is the lowest landed cost and the right lane for planned replenishment placed well ahead of need.
- Standard (air) suits normal restocking where the date has some slack.
- Rush pairs expedited production with air freight at a premium of about 7 to 25% depending on the job, for dates that cannot move.
Production runs from about 7 business days, plus 2 to 5 for delivery. Specialty imported items can run up to about 12 weeks, so if your spec includes a wrapped rigid build, order it well ahead of a peak season rather than into it.
Pallet or parcel
Order size decides how the boxes arrive, and that decision has consequences at the receiving end. A pallet needs somewhere to put a pallet: a dock, a forklift or a pallet jack, and a person to sign for it. Parcel delivery suits smaller runs and studio addresses but arrives as multiple cartons that someone has to break down and store.
If you are shipping to a warehouse, a pallet is almost always the right answer. If you are shipping to a small office or a residential unit, say so on the quote so the order is packed for that, rather than arriving on a truck that cannot unload.
Included on every order
The die, the printing plates, dieline design support, free US shipping and a digital proof before anything prints. The minimum order is 100 boxes and pricing starts from about $0.48 per unit at bulk volumes, confirmed on your written quote. There is no sample kit for sale; samples are handled through the quote conversation.
