Custom Blunt Boxes

Blunt wrap packaging is one of the most competitive display categories in smoke shop retail and the brand that owns the shelf is usually the one with the best box. iBOX Factory makes custom blunt boxes that carry bold brand identity on a compact retail surface, protect the wraps from moisture and deformation, and sit at a counter or hang on a display hook in a way that makes buyers reach for them before they have consciously decided to. From 100 units with free US shipping.

Description

Compact Construction That Holds the Wraps Without Deforming Them

Blunt wraps are delicate. A wrap that arrives crimped, dried out, or deformed in a poorly constructed box is a product that disappoints on opening even if the quality of the wrap itself is excellent. We build blunt boxes with interior dimensions that hold the wraps in a stable, flat position without compression that crimps the edges or void space that allows the wraps to shift and curl during transit and counter handling. The wrap arrives in the condition it left. That is the functional baseline we build into every blunt box we produce.

Moisture-Aware Board and Coating for Wrap Freshness

Blunt wraps are tobacco products that dry out in low humidity and become sticky in high humidity. The box that holds them between manufacture and the moment of use is the primary moisture management tool available to the brand. We use board coatings on blunt boxes that slow the exchange of moisture between the box interior and the external environment. The wrap stays at its optimal moisture level longer. The buyer opens a box and finds wraps in the condition they expect. For brands that compete on the quality and freshness of their wrap, the box material choices are a product quality decision as much as a packaging one.

Bold Front Panel Print That Works in a Mixed Counter Display

Smoke shop counter displays hold multiple blunt wrap brands at the same level and the buyer scans across them in a single visual sweep. A blunt box with a weak front panel design disappears in that scan. A blunt box with a bold color system, a strong brand mark, and a flavor identity that communicates at display-scanning speed gets picked up. We plan blunt box front panels with this display reality as the primary design brief. The brand leads. The flavor supports it. The box shape and print together create a visual object that holds attention at counter distance.

Flavor Color Coding Across a Multi-Flavor Range

Blunt brands with a wide flavor range benefit from a color system that makes each variant instantly identifiable. A buyer who prefers grapes identifies the purple before reading the flavor name. A buyer trying a new flavor scans the color system to understand the range at a glance. We build flavor color systems into blunt box designs from the first flavor so every addition to the range looks like it belongs to the same brand family. New flavors launch on the same box structure with a new color and artwork variant. The range grows without the brand looking disjointed.

Hang Tab and Counter Tray Options for Every Display Context

Blunt boxes are sold from counter trays, peg displays, and wall-mounted display boards depending on the store layout. A hang tab on the box opens up peg and wall display options without changing the overall box design. A flat-base construction stacks cleanly in a counter tray. A slightly wider format suits a display board where multiple flavor variants are laid out in a row. We produce blunt boxes in the configuration that works for the primary retail environment you supply and adjust the structural details for secondary display contexts from the same brand brief.

Premium Finishes for Brands at the Top of the Smoke Shop Shelf

Premium blunt brands at the top of the smoke shop price range benefit from packaging that communicates that position from across the counter. Soft touch coating gives a tactile quality that makes a blunt box feel significantly more considered than its size suggests. Spot UV on a brand mark or a flavor name adds a light-catching detail that stands out in a mixed display. Matte lamination with a bold print color gives a clean, confident look that suits modern lifestyle blunt brands. Foil stamping in a metallic color communicates limited edition or premium tier positioning within a brand’s range.

FAQs

Can blunt boxes include a hang tab for peg display?

Yes. Hang tabs are available on blunt boxes for peg and wall-mounted display in smoke shops and adult retail.

What is the minimum order for custom blunt boxes?

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
