Description

Organize Multiple Tea Blends

Tea sampler boxes typically combine various flavors, blends, or seasonal options into a single package. Individual compartments, dividers, or tailored sections can hold each tea bag in its assigned spot and facilitate easier identification of various options. When there is enough space, flavor names, colors, icons, and brief descriptions can be included in the appropriate sections. This arrangement is effective for various packs, tasting sets, discovery boxes, and multi-flavor retail items.

Present Brewing and Product Information

Tea packaging provides an opportunity to convey essential details customers might require prior to buying or brewing the product. You can print brewing duration, suggested water temperature, ingredients, serving ideas, taste descriptions, storage guidelines, barcodes, and other product information on appropriate surfaces. The front can highlight your brand, tea name, and essential visual components, whereas the sides and back can present preparation and product details in a clear and accessible way.

Package Tea for Hospitality Use

Hotels, cafes, restaurants, offices, catering companies, and event services can use custom tea bag packaging for individual servings and larger tea collections. You can produce boxes based on the quantity needed for regular service and arrange them for convenient storage. Branded printing also allows hospitality businesses to maintain a consistent presentation across their tea service and other beverage packaging.

Create Tea Sampler Boxes

Custom sampler boxes can hold multiple tea varieties while keeping each blend separated and easy to identify. Compartments and inserts can be arranged around the number of tea bags or sachets included in the collection. This packaging format suits tasting kits, new flavor launches, holiday assortments, subscription orders, and curated gifts. Each section can carry its own flavor information within a consistent box design.

Choose Materials and Printing

Tea bag cartons can be produced using paperboard, kraft paperboard, or other suitable packaging stocks based on the intended application. CMYK and Pantone printing can reproduce logos, artwork, flavor names, product information, and brand colors across the package. Additionally, you can select options such as matte or gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and spot UV to support the overall visual direction of the packaging.

Select a Practical Box Structure

Different tea collections may require different opening styles and internal layouts. Tuck-end cartons can provide a straightforward retail format, while auto-bottom structures can support quicker setup and packing. Sleeve-style packaging can create a different presentation, while custom die-cut structures can accommodate specific product arrangements. Box dimensions can be adjusted according to the quantity and size of the tea bags.

Add Compartments and Inserts

Internal components can help keep tea bags separated and properly positioned inside the carton. Dividers can separate flavors, while fitted inserts can create dedicated spaces for individual servings. The internal arrangement can be planned around the number of bags, their dimensions, and how you want customers to access them. This is particularly useful for sampler boxes and assorted tea collections.

Build a Consistent Tea Packaging Range

Brands providing various tea flavors can ensure a uniform packaging style throughout their product range. The identical box design can be modified with various colors, flavor titles, artwork, and product details for every blend. This gives a distinct shelf look while enabling individual types to stay easily distinguished. Tailored sizing can additionally aid in preserving uniform proportions across various package quantities.

Organize Tea Boxes for Sale and Gifting

Tea packaging can be designed for regular retail items as well as for specially curated gift sets. A small carton can store single servings, whereas larger versions can contain various blends or extra tea-related products. Printed panels can convey the product story, flavor characteristics, and preparation details without needing additional packaging materials. Tailored finishes and structural choices can better customize the box for your specific retail or gifting needs.

Cut Line (Black Line)

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.
