A coffee sleeve adds an extra layer to the cup, enabling hot takeaway drinks to be grasped more comfortably. It is appropriate for serving coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and other warm beverages in suitable cups. The sleeve is located at the area where customers usually hold, facilitating a more comfortable grip during travel. At the same time, it offers your business another avenue for branding and printed information.

Description

Print the Details Customers Notice

Coffee sleeves provide functional space for extra elements beyond merely a logo. You may include your website, social media accounts, QR codes, slogans, discount offers, promotional promotions, or short product messages. These elements can be arranged with your main branding without compromising the sleeve’s clarity. A simple logo design can work well for standard packaging, while more intricate designs can boost marketing initiatives.

Make Your Container Fit Your Product

You can create your coffee sleeve to coordinate with cups, takeout bags, boxes, napkins, and other types of packaging. Coordinating colors, fonts, logos, images, and branding components establishes a uniform appearance for your takeaway products. You can keep the same core branding across all items while also using different artwork for seasonal events, new beverages, or special campaigns. This approach allows the sleeve to feel like an integral part of the overall packaging rather than a separate component.

Add Seasonal and Promotional Artwork

Sleeves can be updated throughout the year to support different marketing campaigns. Holiday graphics, winter drinks, summer beverages, product launches, discount offers, and special collaborations can each have their own sleeve artwork. Your regular cup design can remain the same while the sleeve changes with the campaign. This gives your takeaway packaging a simple way to support short-term promotions.

Use Custom Sleeves for Events

You can print custom sleeves for conferences, weddings, festivals, corporate gatherings, product launches, and promotional events. You can also add event names, dates, sponsor logos, and campaign graphics to the design. This gives temporary beverage service a branded packaging option without requiring a completely new cup range.

Match Sleeves With Different Cup Sizes

Businesses with several beverage sizes can order sleeves that correspond with their suitable cup formats. Each sleeve can use the same branding while being adjusted to the relevant cup profile. This helps keep the entire takeaway range consistent from smaller to larger drinks.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
