Custom Beverage Glass Bottles

The bottle is the first thing a drinks brand sells. Before the taste, before the story, before the price, the bottle communicates whether this is a drink worth choosing. A beautifully formed glass beverage bottle makes the decision easier for every buyer who picks it up.

Description

Bottle Formats for Every Beverage Category

Beverage glass bottles are not a single format. A whiskey bottle communicates differently from a milk bottle. A craft beer growler serves a different function from a premium juice flask. A wine bottle has centuries of form language that communicates quality through its proportions. We produce custom beverage glass bottles across liquor and spirits formats for whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, and specialty spirits, milk bottle formats for artisan dairy and plant-based milk brands, juice and beverage formats for premium juice and wellness drink brands, growler formats for craft beer and kombucha producers, and flask formats for premium spirits miniatures and specialty beverage presentations.

High-Strength Flint Glass Construction

Beverage glass bottles are produced in high-strength flint glass that delivers greater impact resistance than standard glass formulations. For beverage brands distributing through commercial channels where bottles are handled at high volumes in warehouse, bar, and retail environments, the additional impact resistance of high-strength glass reduces breakage rates and the associated product losses and customer service issues. The flint glass also delivers the crystal-clear transparency that allows the beverage’s color and clarity to communicate quality at the shelf and the bar.

Non-Reactive Storage for Beverage Integrity

Glass does not interact with beverage chemistry. Acids in wine and juice, alcohol in spirits, CO2 in carbonated beverages, the complex aromatic compounds in craft beer and kombucha, all of them remain exactly as formulated behind a glass wall. No scalping of aromatics, no flavor migration from the container material, no interaction between the packaging and the product over extended storage periods. For premium beverage brands where the integrity of the flavor profile over time is a product value, glass is the only container material that fully protects it.

Closure Compatibility for Every Beverage Format

Custom beverage glass bottles are compatible with a comprehensive range of closure formats. Natural and synthetic cork closures for wine and premium spirits. Lug caps for juice and sauce bottles filled on commercial canning lines. Phenolic and metal screw caps for spirits and specialty beverage formats. Tamper-evident closures for retail distribution channels where seal integrity at the point of purchase is a consumer trust requirement. Crown caps for craft beer and carbonated beverage formats. We advise on the right closure for every beverage type and distribution channel.

Capacity Range for Every Beverage Format

Standard beverage bottle capacities include 50ml miniature formats, 100ml and 200ml half-bottle and flask formats, 375ml half-bottle standards, 750ml full-bottle standards for spirits and wine, 1 liter and 1.75 liter large format bottles for spirits and beverage brands offering premium value formats, and growler formats for craft beer and kombucha. We produce beverage bottles for every standard capacity in the right format for the specific beverage category.

Branding and Label Application

Beverage glass bottles accept pressure-sensitive labels, sleeve labels, and screen printing with equal quality. Many premium spirits brands invest in screen-printed or acid-etched decoration that communicates brand identity at the highest level of permanence and luxury. Craft and specialty beverage brands use full-wrap sleeve labels for maximum design impact. Standard beverage brands use front and back pressure-sensitive labels in formats that comply with the labeling requirements of their specific beverage category and market.

Reusable and Fully Recyclable

Glass beverage bottles are among the most recovered packaging materials in the US recycling system. Many premium spirits and specialty beverage bottles are actively collected and reused by buyers who value the bottle as much as the product. For beverage brands whose buyers care about packaging sustainability, glass communicates the material’s recyclability and reusability credentials honestly and without qualification.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
