Kraft bags for coffee merge the familiar look of kraft paper with functional packaging designed for roasted coffee items. Their naturally appearing exterior can be especially effective for artisan roasters, small-batch brands, cafes, and coffee businesses that adopt an earthy visual identity. iBOX Factory provides kraft coffee bags featuring custom printing, closures, valves, and various sizes.

Description

Choose the Appropriate Kraft Bag Design

Kraft coffee packaging can come in flat, gusseted, stand-up, and various other bag styles based on the product volume and presentation needs. You can choose the box structure based on the coffee weight and preferred shelf location.

Combine Kraft With Functional Features

Kraft packaging can incorporate suitable inner barrier layers and coffee-specific features. You can add one-way valves for freshly roasted coffee, while zipper closures make the bag easier to reseal after opening.

Separate Different Coffee Roasts

A kraft coffee range does not have to look repetitive. Different roast profiles can use distinct label colors, illustrations, typography, or graphic accents while still keeping the kraft material consistent. As a result, customers can easily distinguish between roast varieties without losing the overall brand identity.

Packaging for Artisan Roasters

Kraft bags can suit independent coffee roasters, farmers’ market businesses, specialty cafes, subscription brands, and boutique retailers. The material appearance can reinforce a small-batch or handcrafted visual identity.

Print Your Coffee Details

The package can carry roast level, origin, tasting notes, processing method, weight, brewing instructions, and brand information. Printing can be positioned around the bag structure to keep the most important information visible.

Finish the Bag for Retail

Kraft does not have to mean plain packaging. You can combine suitable coatings, labels, foil accents, and other finishing details with the kraft surface to create a more distinctive retail package.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
