Custom tea boxes help brands package individual products and collections in a format that supports both retail presentation and product organization. Packaging can be customized for loose leaf tea, tea bags, sachets, herbal products, sampler packs, and gift combinations. iBOX Factory provides custom box sizes, structures, printed artwork, inserts, windows, and finishing treatments. The packaging can be planned around the quantity and format of the tea while leaving sufficient space for essential product information.

Description

Keep Assorted Tea Collections Organized

A custom tea box can include multiple flavors that need to stay distinct and easily recognizable. Inserts and dividers can establish separate slots for each sachet, tea bag, pouch, or alternative product type. The interior may also feature areas for blend descriptions, tasting notes, brewing cards, or appropriate accessories. This establishes a more organized setup for both delivery and customer display.

Use Custom Tea Boxes to Explain Each Blend

Tea buyers typically base their buying choices on taste, components, source, potency, and brewing technique. The box can accommodate blend descriptions, ingredient lists, brewing guidelines, steeping durations, temperatures, and serving recommendations. Various colors or graphic designs can assist in distinguishing distinct varieties within the same collection. Crucial details can be shared across the accessible panels without diverting focus from the main branding.

Showcase the Inner Product

Window packaging provides an opportunity to reveal part of the tea product while retaining the protective structure of the box. A cut-out can display a tea pouch, sachet, bag design, tin, or another visible component. Window placement can be coordinated with logos and printed graphics for a balanced front panel. This approach can be especially useful for gift packaging and products with visually distinctive inner packaging.

Develop Tea Packaging for Gifting

Tea collections are frequently packaged as gifts for holidays, celebrations, corporate programs, and seasonal promotions. Custom boxes can hold multiple blends together while providing individual compartments for each product. Gift packaging can also be arranged around additional items such as mugs, honey, tasting cards, or brewing accessories. Custom artwork can then connect the box to the specific gifting occasion.

Select a Surface That Fits Your Brand

Paperboard provides a flexible foundation for tea packaging and accommodates intricate printed designs. Kraft choices may offer a more authentic look, whereas thicker stocks can enhance the framework of gift-related styles. Matte and gloss finishes can alter the surface look, whereas foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV can highlight logos, product titles, or specific images. The material and finish may be chosen based on the product and brand strategy.

Construct Packaging Throughout Your Tea Assortment

A collaborative packaging system can assist a tea brand in preserving uniformity across various blends and product dimensions. Fundamental components like the logo, typeface, structural design, and information arrangement can stay uniform while each variation employs distinct colors or graphics. This simplifies brand recognition for customers and helps them differentiate specific products. Seasonal and limited-release teas may also adhere to the same visual structure.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
