Candle mailer boxes merge the functions of product packaging and shipping into a single unit. They are especially advantageous for online candle retailers, subscription services, digital marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer sales. iBOX Factory creates personalized mailers designed with appropriate materials, inserts, sizes, and printing tailored to your products.

Description

Safety for Glass Candle Containers

Shipping glass jars necessitates careful placement. Cardboard inserts, dividers, and internal supports can minimize unnecessary motion within the mailer. For orders with several candles, internal dividers can isolate each container and produce a tidier setup.

Branded Delivery Experience

The exterior of a mailer may feature logos, designs, hues, website information, and promotional graphics. Inside printing can generate an additional brand engagement when the customer unpacks the item. Messages of gratitude, instructions for candle maintenance, scent descriptions, and promotional information can all be included as appropriate.

Subscription and Ecommerce Applications

Subscription candle brands can use mailers for monthly, seasonal, or limited-edition deliveries. A standard structure can accommodate different candle releases while maintaining consistent branding. Additionally, you can modify the inserts whenever the subscription contents change from one shipment to another.

Built Around Your Shipping Requirements

Mailer construction should match the candle size, product weight, number of items, and shipping conditions to provide a suitable fit during handling and transit. For this reason, iBOX Factory helps you determine the appropriate dimensions, box structure, and internal organization based on your specific order format and packaging requirements.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
