Candle tube packaging provides a cylindrical alternative to conventional rectangular candle boxes. The format works particularly well for round candles, cylindrical vessels, fragrance products, and brands seeking a distinctive shelf presentation. iBOX Factory produces custom candle tubes with branded printing, fitted interiors, and suitable closure options.

Description

Full-Surface Brand Printing

The continuous exterior creates a different branding opportunity from a conventional box with defined front and side panels. Logos, scent names, illustrations, patterns, fragrance notes, and decorative graphics can wrap around the tube. This allows the design to remain visually engaging from different viewing angles.

Closures and Product Support

The top and bottom of the tube can use suitable closure formats according to the product requirements. Additionally, you can add internal support when the candle needs extra positioning. As a result, the product stays centered while the packaging maintains its clean cylindrical structure.

Suitable for Limited-Edition Collections

Candle tubes can work particularly well for seasonal releases, limited-edition fragrances, subscription products, and gift collections. Specialty papers, metallic finishes, and custom artwork can give each collection a different appearance while retaining the same basic format.

A Different Option for Retail Display

The cylindrical shape can help a candle stand apart on shelves where most competing products use rectangular cartons. Consistent tube dimensions across a collection can also create a recognizable visual block when several fragrances are displayed together.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
