Custom Perfume Glass Bottles

A perfume glass bottle is not just packaging. It is the object that lives on a dressing table, that gets picked up and admired between uses, that communicates the whole world of the fragrance before a single spray is released. Every great fragrance deserves a bottle that honors it.

Description

Flint and Extra Flint Glass for Maximum Clarity

Flint and extra flint glass provide exceptional clarity for premium fragrance bottles. Furthermore, they showcase the fragrance color without unwanted green or brown tints. Extra flint glass delivers even greater brilliance for a luxury appearance. As a result, fragrance brands can highlight their product’s visual identity while reinforcing a premium image.

Fragrance Retention Through Non-Reactive Glass

Glass is the only container material that does not interact with fragrance compounds. Plastic materials absorb fragrance molecules over time through a process called scalping, which alters the fragrance’s character and reduces its intensity. Glass does not scalp. The fragrance inside a glass bottle remains exactly as composed by the perfumer from the day it is filled to the day the last drop is sprayed. For fragrance brands where the integrity of the juice is everything, glass is the only material choice that respects that standard.

Closure and Fitting Compatibility

Perfume glass bottles are available with standard perfume neck fittings including FEA 15 and SNI 15, which are the international standards for fine fragrance spray pump compatibility. These fittings are compatible with standard fine fragrance pump and atomizer assemblies, ensuring that the spray mechanism delivers the fragrance in the right droplet size and volume for fine fragrance application. Bottles intended for pour or dabber application use different neck formats. We advise on the right fitting for every fragrance format and application method.

Shapes for Every Fragrance Brand Identity

Perfume bottles are available in square, round, rectangular, and bespoke designer shapes, each communicating a different fragrance character and brand aesthetic. A square bottle with clean geometric lines communicates a modern, confident fragrance brand. A round bottle with soft curves communicates warmth, femininity, and approachability. A rectangular bottle communicates architectural precision and masculine authority. A bespoke designer shape communicates the ultimate brand investment ,a fragrance whose bottle is as original as the scent. We produce perfume bottles across all standard shapes and advise on bespoke formats for brands whose vision requires something entirely their own.

Capacity Options for Every Fragrance Format

Standard perfume bottle capacities include 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml, which cover the full range of standard fine fragrance retail sizes from the travel and discovery format through to the full-size luxury presentation. Body mist and spray fragrance formats typically use larger capacities from 100ml to 200ml. Attar and concentrated fragrance formats use smaller volumes from 3ml to 15ml. We produce perfume bottles for every standard fragrance format and can advise on the capacity that best serves each product’s price positioning and target market.

Surface Decoration for Luxury Brand Communication

Perfume glass bottles offer a range of premium decoration options beyond standard label application. Screen printing directly onto the glass communicates a brand investment that cannot be removed or replaced. Acid etching creates a permanent frosted decoration with a luxury tactile quality. Hot stamp foiling on the glass surface communicates metallic luxury detail. Spray coating in custom colors creates a distinctive bottle finish that makes the bottle uniquely recognizable. For luxury fragrance brands whose bottle is as important to the brand identity as the fragrance itself, these decoration options are the tools that make the bottle genuinely iconic.

Colored Glass Options for Distinctive Brand Identity

Beyond flint and extra flint clear glass, we offer custom-colored perfume bottles in cobalt blue, black, smoked grey, and brand-specific colors. Furthermore, colored glass creates a bold and distinctive visual identity. As a result, customers can recognize your fragrance brand from across the counter without reading the label. For brands building long-term fragrance house recognition, a signature bottle color is one of the most powerful brand identity investments available.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
