Custom Flip-Top Cap Bottles

One-handed opening is not a small thing when your hands are covered in food prep, your eyes are on the pan, and you need the sauce right now. A flip-top cap bottles open with a thumb and closes with a snap turns a simple product into one that fits seamlessly into the way buyers actually cook and live.

Description

One-Handed Snap-Open Convenience

The flip-top cap opens with a single thumb press without needing to grip the cap or use a second hand. This one-handed operation is what makes flip-top caps the preferred closure for sauces, condiments, sunscreens, shampoos, and personal care products used in contexts where both hands are not always available. In a kitchen, at a barbecue, in the shower, on a sports field, the flip-top’s one-handed functionality removes friction from the dispensing moment in a way that screw caps and even pump dispensers cannot always match.

Secure Closure for Leak Protection

A flip-top cap should be easy to close. It should stay shut. Our flip-top caps snap into place. This helps to keep the product sealed and protected after you use it. The flip-top cap closes really tight which helps to stop leaks and spills. This means you do not waste the product. This is useful whether you keep the bottle at home or you take it with you when you travel or you put it in your gym bag. You can close the flip-top cap with a press on the lid and you can trust that the product will stay inside the bottle where it belongs.

Controlled Product Flow

Flip-top caps are made to give you the amount of product every time you use them. You can change the size of the opening to fit the type of product you are using. This helps make sure the product comes out smoothly and cleanly and you do not make a mess or waste any product.

Suitable for Many Products

Custom flip-top cap bottles are commonly used for sauces, dressings, shampoos, body washes, lotions, sunscreens, and other everyday products. The design of flip-top cap bottles is easy to use. The cap closes securely which makes flip-top cap bottles a good choice for companies that make food and personal care products, like shampoos and body washes.

Bottle Material Options

Flip-top cap bottles are available in PET for crystal-clear product visibility, HDPE for chemical-resistant opaque construction, and squeeze-grade LDPE for products that benefit from flexible wall dispensing. The right material is chosen based on the product’s chemical profile, the visual presentation requirement, and the dispensing format. We advise on the right material and flip-top specification for every product and use case.

Label Surface and Brand Communication

Flip-top cap bottles have a smooth cylindrical or rectangular body that provides a clean, consistent label surface. We provide label panel specifications for every bottle format so the design is always the right proportion for the bottle and the label applies accurately and consistently across the full production run.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
