Custom PET Bottles

Clarity sells. When buyers can see the actual product through a crystal-clear bottle, they make decisions faster and trust the brand more. Custom PET bottles gives you that visibility, along with the lightweight strength and food-safe performance that modern product brands demand.

Description

Crystal-Clear Product Visibility

PET bottles are really clear, like glass. You can see what’s inside which is great for drinks, sauces, juices, skincare products and other stuff where how it looks matters. It helps grab attention. Makes customers trust the product.

Food-Safe and Product Friendly

PET is often used for food, drinks and personal care packaging. It’s safe and reliable, for use. It keeps the product quality good without changing the taste, smell or performance. That’s why many consumer products use PET.

Strong Leak and Moisture Protection

PET bottles keep products safe during storage, shipping, and everyday use. With the cap they prevent leaks and keep moisture out. This ensures products arrive in condition and stay protected on store shelves.

Multiple Capacities and Neck Size Options

We offer custom PET bottles in a wide range of capacities to meet standard food, beverage, and personal care packaging requirements. Multiple neck sizes are available to accommodate disc tops, lotion pumps, trigger sprayers, dropper assemblies, and standard screw caps depending on the product type and dispensing format. We help brands match the right capacity and neck specification to the product, the dispensing format, and the retail channel before production begins.

Lightweight Strength for Shipping and Retail

PET is significantly lighter than glass while delivering comparable visual clarity and far superior impact resistance. A PET bottle that is dropped does not shatter. A case of PET bottles weighs a fraction of the equivalent in glass, which reduces shipping costs and makes retail handling safer and more practical. For brands competing at price points where shipping cost is a real margin consideration, the weight advantage of PET over glass is a meaningful financial benefit.

Label Application and Branding Surface

The smooth, consistent wall surface of a PET bottle is one of the best label substrates available in primary packaging. Pressure-sensitive labels, sleeve labels, and direct print options all apply cleanly and consistently to PET without the surface variation that can affect label adhesion on textured or irregular containers. Additionally, we provide label panel and full-surface specifications for every PET bottle format, helping brands create accurate designs and streamline the label production process from brief to finished product.

Recyclability and Eco Credentials

Recycling programs widely accept PET, making it one of the most commonly recycled plastics. It offers a practical packaging solution for brands looking to combine product performance with recyclable packaging options. Recycled PET materials are also available for brands with sustainability goals.
