Custom Stand up coffee bags provide a stable retail format with a gusseted bottom that allows the package to remain upright on shelves and counters. The format creates a strong front-facing display while retaining the flexibility of a bag. iBOX Factory produces custom stand-up bags for coffee beans, ground coffee, specialty roasts, and sampler products

Description

Add a One-Way Valve

A one-way degassing valve can be incorporated into appropriate pouch designs for freshly roasted coffee. It offers a regulated way for gases to escape post-roasting while also restricting external air from getting into the package. This creates a feasible choice for brands that package fresh whole beans and ground coffee.

Add a Resealable Zip Closure

A resealable zipper enables consumers to open the pouch, take the desired quantity of coffee, and reseal the package. This is beneficial for coffee that is used across multiple brewing sessions and provides customers with a more practical method to manage the package once it is opened.

Assign a Unique Identity to Each Roast

The expansive front panel offers space for roast names, origin specifics, tasting notes, images, product photos, and various coffee details. Various blends and roasts can utilize their unique colors, graphics, or names while maintaining the same pouch design and core branding throughout the collection.

Choose Materials and Printing

Materials for pouches can be chosen based on the coffee product, packaging needs, and preferred look. CMYK printing can produce intricate designs and vibrant images, whereas Pantone colors assist in preserving exact brand hues. You can also consider matte, gloss, foil, and various finishes for suitable materials.

Package Coffee for Various Brands

Stand-up coffee bags are perfect for independent roasters, cafés, subscription services, specialty retailers, private-label brands, and growing coffee enterprises. The vertical layout guarantees a stable base for shelf display while offering a spacious area for printing branding, product information, and coffee-related content.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
