Custom Vacuum Bags

Custom vacuum bags help extend shelf life by removing oxygen that causes food to spoil. It is one of the most effective food preservation methods available and the bag is the component that makes it work. A vacuum bag that fails to hold its seal undermines the whole investment in the sealing process. Getting the bag specification right matters more than most brands realize.

Description

Custom Vacuum Bags Built to Hold the Seal and Extend the Shelf Life

iBOX Factory produces custom vacuum bags for food brands, meal prep companies, specialty food producers, and storage product businesses. We use heavy-duty multi-layer, BPA-free food-grade materials that maintain an airtight seal during freezing, refrigeration, and ambient storage. Choose from pint, quart, and gallon sizes with full-color brand printing. We offer free design support, a free 3D sample, no die plate charges, free US shipping, a price match guarantee, and 10–12 day delivery. MOQ starts at 1,000 units.

Heavy-Duty Multi-Layer Construction for Seal Integrity

We produce custom vacuum bags with heavy-duty multi-layer construction that maintains seal integrity under full vacuum pressure. The durable structure prevents micro-leaks, blocks oxygen from entering the package, and helps extend shelf life. Furthermore, our bags perform reliably with handheld and standard vacuum sealers across a wide range of storage temperatures and storage periods.

BPA-Free Food-Grade Material

All materials used in our custom vacuum bags are BPA-free and comply with food-contact safety standards. The inner surface in contact with the food product is produced from food-grade materials that do not leach chemicals into the food at the storage temperatures the bag will encounter, from frozen storage at -18°C through to ambient pantry temperatures. For many food brands, buyers review material safety credentials as carefully as ingredient labels. Therefore, BPA-free and food-grade vacuum bag materials serve as both a compliance requirement and a strong brand message. Furthermore, they help build consumer confidence in your packaging.

Size Options: Pint, Quart, and Gallon

Custom vacuum bags are available in pint sizes for individual portions and small product formats, quart sizes for standard meal portions, sandwich-sized products, and medium food storage formats, and gallon sizes for larger cuts of meat, family-sized meal portions, and bulk food storage applications. The right size for each application depends on the product dimensions, the fill weight, and the vacuum sealer format the brand’s end customers or production line uses. We produce vacuum bags to the exact dimensions required for each specific product format.

Channel Seal Construction for Standard Vacuum Sealers

We produce vacuum bags with a textured or channel-embossed inner surface for home and commercial vacuum sealers. This design allows the sealer to remove air evenly through the channels before creating a secure seal. This construction is essential for bags used with the clamshell-style vacuum sealers that are standard in home and commercial food preparation environments. We also produce smooth-surface vacuum bags for brands that use professional chamber vacuum sealers in their production process.

Moisture and Liquid Resistant Design

Vacuum bags for meat, fish, marinated proteins, and other moisture-rich foods need reliable sealing. Liquid-block construction keeps moisture away from the seal area before heat sealing. As a result, it helps prevent seal failures caused by liquid contamination. This feature improves packaging reliability for liquid-rich food products.

Freezer-Safe and Microwavable Options

Custom vacuum bags are available in freezer-safe constructions that maintain their seal integrity and structural quality at freezer temperatures without the embrittlement and cracking that standard flexible packaging can develop under prolonged frozen storage. We offer microwavable vacuum bags that let customers reheat frozen or refrigerated products directly in the bag. These bags work well for ready meals and convenience foods, serving as both the storage package and the reheating container.

Branded Custom Printing for Food Product Lines

Custom printed vacuum bags help food brands display their identity directly on the primary packaging. We print brand colors, product details, preparation instructions, and nutritional information with food-safe inks. Furthermore, our printing maintains the bag’s strength and vacuum seal performance.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
