Custom PET Squeeze Bottles

Custom PET squeeze bottles are opaque and unremarkable. A PET squeeze bottle is something different entirely. Crystal-clear walls, a product that is fully visible, and a satisfying squeeze that dispenses precisely every time. For brands that want their product to sell itself through the bottle, this is the format that does it.

Description

Why PET Squeeze Outperforms Standard LDPE

Regular squeeze bottles are made from LDPE. It is milky white. You can’t see through it. The product inside is. The label does all the work. PET squeeze bottles are clear like glass. You can see the product’s color, texture and how thick it is. This helps sell the product. For example a red sriracha sauce or a green herb sauce looks appetizing.

Flexibility and Squeeze Performance

PET squeeze bottles are made to have thickness and flexibility. When you squeeze it the product comes out smoothly. The bottle then goes back to its shape. It doesn’t. Get dented. This makes PET squeeze bottles a premium choice. They are better than LDPE bottles when the experience of squeezing out the product matters

Crack Resistance for Transport and Daily Use

PET has high impact resistance and does not crack or split under the stress of normal transport, retail handling, or daily use in a kitchen or bathroom environment. For brands distributing through ecommerce where bottles experience significant handling, the crack resistance of PET squeeze construction is a practical benefit that prevents the kind of leakage failures that generate negative reviews and return claims.

Precision Dispensing Closure Options

The right closure transforms a squeeze bottle from a simple container into a precise dispensing tool. Nozzle tips for controlled dot or line dispensing, flip-top closures for quick single-handed access, and disc top caps for controlled flow rate dispensing are all available to match the specific dispensing requirement of each product and use case. A hot sauce brand at a restaurant table has different dispensing requirements from a personal care conditioner in a shower. We specify the right closure for both.

Applications for Sauces, Condiments, and Personal Care

Custom PET squeeze bottles support a variety of applications, from food products like sauces and oils to personal care formulas such as lotions and treatment gels. Any product that benefits from squeeze dispensing and whose visual appeal is a commercial asset is a strong candidate for a clear PET squeeze format.

Label Surface and Brand Communication

The smooth cylindrical surface of a PET squeeze bottle is an excellent label substrate. Pressure-sensitive labels apply cleanly and adhere reliably across the full label area. Some brands like it when the label does not cover the bottle. They like the product to be visible. So they use a label that only covers part of the bottle or just the front. This way you can still see the product through the back of the bottle. A PET squeeze bottle with a label like this is a way to show off the product.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
