Custom Plastic Cups

Every drink served in a branded cup is a brand impression that travels around the room. At a concert, a sporting event, a restaurant, or a corporate function, a custom printed cup communicates the brand to everyone who sees it, not just the person holding it. That kind of ambient brand exposure is worth investing in.

Description

Full-Wrap Printing for Maximum Brand Visibility

Custom plastic cups can be printed with your logo, colors, and artwork to help promote your brand. Full-wrap printing creates a professional look and increases brand visibility at events, restaurants, cafes, and promotional activities.

Recyclable Construction for Responsible Brands

Custom plastic cups in recyclable construction communicate a brand that takes its environmental responsibility seriously. Recyclable PET cups accepted in standard recycling programs give event operators, food service brands, and hospitality businesses a cup that performs at scale without the single-use environmental cost of non-recyclable plastic formats. We produce recyclable cups that help brands communicate their sustainability values at every service point. For buyers and event attendees who care about responsible packaging choices, these cups reinforce a brand’s environmental commitment during every interaction.

Food-Safe Materials for Every Beverage Format

All materials used in our custom plastic cup production are food-safe and appropriate for contact with cold beverages, hot beverages at appropriate temperature ratings, and food service applications. The material does not impart taste or odor, does not leach chemicals into the beverage at standard serving temperatures, and maintains the structural integrity of the cup through the full service period. For food service operators and beverage brands whose buyers are health-conscious and ingredient-aware, the food-safe credentials of the cup material is as important as the safety of the beverage itself.

20oz Standard Capacity and Custom Sizes

The 20oz cup is the standard capacity for full-service beverage operations across stadiums, arenas, restaurants, and events. It accommodates standard soft drink, beer, and mixed beverage pours with headspace for ice and carbonation. Custom sizes are available for brands whose specific beverage format, serving size, or event context requires a different capacity. We produce custom plastic cups in any size specification with the same print quality and material standards as standard formats.

Event and Promotional Cup Applications

Custom plastic cups are a pick for events like concerts, festivals and sports games. People also use them for company parties and hotel events. These cups help show off your brand and make your event look professional and fun for guests. When you print your logo on the cups each one becomes a chance to make your brand more noticeable during the event. Custom cups really help get your brand there and make a lasting impression on your guests. They are a way to promote your brand in a fun and memorable way.

Retail Beverage and On-Premise Brand Applications

Beverage brands with on-premise distribution through bars, restaurants, and food service operators benefit from branded cups that communicate the brand at the point of consumption. A branded cup creates a strong impression at the moment customers enjoy the product. Furthermore, craft beer brands, specialty soft drink companies, and smoothie businesses use custom cups to showcase their visual identity, values, and ingredients during every serving experience.

Stacking and Storage Efficiency

Additionally, custom plastic cups are designed to stack neatly, making them easy to store, transport, and use. As a result, their space-saving design keeps service areas organized and allows staff to quickly access cups during busy events, restaurants, and food service operations.

Artwork Preparation Guide

Cut Line (Black Line)

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines)

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Red Lines)

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Crease Line (Green Lines)

Indicates where the product is to be folded.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines)

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.
